This 11” x 14” mixed media drawing depicts a bluegill caught on a black ant fly. I did this drawing from a photo I took when catching bluegills on dry flies at a pond in Fort Collins, CO. It is done on Yupo Translucent, with a mix of ink, pen, pencil, marker, etc. This is my first bluegill drawing, and only the second non-trout fish drawing I have done!
