This drawing was made for the Rocky Mountain Literary Guide. “Rocky Mountains Literary Field Guide: Art, Ecology, Poetry is a unique project that will present a new way of learning about our expansive home region and its inhabitants. Using natural and cultural histories, poetry, and illustration, this will be a field guide that examines and honors the natural world using an interconnected, ecological approach that combines different ways of knowing—and it will bring together an incredibly rich and diverse array of Rocky Mountain-based writers and artists to speak for, and with, our fellow beings.” This guide will be published by Mountaineers Books in early 2027.
